SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping (for U.S. only):

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-4 business days for original paintings and approximately 7-10 business days for made-to-order items (i.e. prints, classic playing cards, planners, notebooks, coffee mugs and pins). All packaging is done in home studio to ensure item is wrapped and packaged properly to avoid damage of item during shipping.

International Shipping (outside of U.S.):

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 5-6 business days for original paintings and approximately 7-10 business days for made-to-order items (i.e. prints, classic playing cards, planners, coffee mugs notebooks). All packaging is done in home studio to ensure item is wrapped and packaged properly to avoid damage of item during shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please send an email to info@kaleemalewisart.com and we will kindly assist you.

[NOTE]: Kaleema Lewis Art is NOT responsible for time of delivery or delays in customs. Please ensure that address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delays.

LOST/ MISPLACED ITEMS

Kaleema Lewis Art assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or misplaced items by the carrier service once an order has been shipped. It is advised to contact the carrier service or go to your local post office to request a missing mail search.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

“Kaleema Lewis Art” is committed to your satisfaction. All original priced and sale items are NOT eligible for an exchange/return/refunds at the time of purchase. All sales are final. However, if you have received a damaged or defective item (excluding any original paintings), we kindly ask that you notify us immediately via email. Request of refund for damaged item(s) must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Item(s) MUST be in the original packaging and need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Proof of damage must me sent via email at info@kaleemalewisart.com. Damaged item(s) MUST be returned to Kaleema Lewis Art immediately to the following address to determine eligibility of refund:
